Stunning fascinator to match.This is not a small fascinator.The base is 10 inches and stiff net cap with folds and curls in.The central ivory large 8 inch feather flower is stunning and has a beaded centre.The fascinator is completed with  large swirls .The hairband is covered in the same plum fabric.
