Payment via personal cheque.

Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Postage:

United Kingdom and Ireland: postage rates are £4.00p per order (shoes&matching bag = 1 item) first class recorded

United Kingdom only next day guaranteed delivery before 1pm costs £7 per order
Please note orders must be before 3pm weekdays.Saturday ordering does not apply to this option

We ship same day as payment is cleared, also if purchased before 3 pm

We ship by Royal Mail and all our items are sent first class recorded, and require a signature.

Returns:

If we have misrepresented the item we will refund the P&P as well as the item price.

Items that are listed as "used" cannot be returned on that basis.

We describe the items to the best of our ability.

Please be aware that designer shoes especially vintage "Gina" seem to be on the small side with their sizing's.
Example vintage size 4.5 or a 5 will fit a size 4.
Please bear this in mind if ordering.

All returns/exchanges must be agreed in advance,so please contact us prior to returning any goods .Please head up your email with "Returns"and include your name,item to be returned,date of purchase,and, reason for return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned via Recorded Delivery.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all items are received back at our store within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned unworn ,and in the same condition that they left our premises.

Items must be sent back complete with the original packaging.(outer wrapping not included in this condition)
If item has been worn/used, other than the original condition they left us, no refund will be offered.
Refunds will not include any P&P ,unless the item/items were misrepresented by us..
