There are imperfections to the left shoe,upper has some small orange discolorization left on upper.This is common on this design,caused by chemical reaction within the leather design,barely noticeable, but magnified so you can judge for yourself.See image below.

There are minute pin head marks on the back of the bag,same cause as stated above. These are barely visible as on the reverse.
